How does God talk to you most ?
Songs…usually on the radio.

Acts 17:28 “In Him we live and move and have our being…” To me it kind of sums up the Christian walk. It was also my Dad’s favourite verse.

What is the strangest food you’ve ever eaten?
I try not to eat “strange” food so much… I really prefer good food. Like say fresh hand-cut fettuccini with a white wine cream reduction, topped with smoked wild salmon, capers and fresh garden dill. Mmmm!

What is usually your first thought when you wake up?
“Ok, what am I gonna make Autumn for lunch?”

What is your greatest characteristic?
My incredibly round head. J

Are you always early or terminally late?:
I would LIKE to be early…

What last made you laugh?
Derek’s mom’s Chihuahua “singing” to a dancing donkey.

What is the weirdest thing hanging in your house?
See above (Just kidding! I would NEVER hang a dancing donkey in my house.)

Name 1 thing most people don’t know about you.
I LOVE Archie comics.

How would you describe yourself to someone who had never met you?
I am somewhat of an introvert, so I would leave that up to Connie!

The decision to go to work for my present employer.

What is your favorite cookie?
Homemade chocolate chip… so good!

Name 1 thing you miss about being a kid and 1 thing you love about being an adult:
The freedom to just hop on my bike and go to my friends’ place.
I don’t have to hop on my bike to go anywhere.

What is your favourite character from a film?:
It’s a toss up between Obi Wan or Han Solo.

What is the last thing God said to you?:
Be still and know that I am God.

What is your hobby?:
Hobby? Who’s got time for a hobby?

Who is the person you respect the most, and why?
My Dad. He was one of the most Godly and yet most real people I have ever known.

What’s your favorite way to relax?
Curl up with a good spy novel.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wish I could say “drummer in a rock band”, but it was probably something dull like “cowboy”, or “Fire Chief”, or possibly even “fire engine”.

Who would you want to play you in the movie about your life?
Bruce Willis. Yipee Ki-Yay…

Where in your life has God surprised you the most?
My amazing wife Connie and daughter Autumn.

What brought you to FLV?
God. It’s true. We showed up 7 years ago, and it was home, right from the start. I love this place!

What is your favourite scripture and why?
Acts 17:28 “In Him we live and move and have our being…” To me it kind of sums up the Christian walk. It was also my Dad’s favourite verse.

Who is the person you respect the most, and why?
Probably a 3-way tie between my sister and my mum or dad. My sister, because she is one of the most naturally compassionate, genuine & caring people I have ever met, and my parents, because they’re just cool!  They’re seniors, have lived incredibly adventurous lives, are incredibly intelligent and well-rounded and believe in allowing people to pursue life in all its variety!

Where hasn’t he surprised me? Probably, just in the realization of the reality of his love for me, and of his GOODNESS. That part has nothing to do with me, it’s just who He is!
